The Foodbank Lifeline Foundation in Malta relies solely on the generous donations of the church and the public, whether it is by donating food, money, or time to volunteer. It is very heartening when we receive a gift from donors that allows us to say yes to one more individual, couple or family who desperately need our help.
Reverend Kim Hurst was happily surprised when she received an envelope addressed to the Foodbank containing €2,000 last November. This bountiful donation will go a long way in helping the Foodbank in Valletta provide emergency food packages to people in a crisis situation. The kind soul behind this donation chose to remain anonymous. The Foodbank Lifeline Foundation team would like to take the opportunity to express its gratitude towards the kind sender of this donation.
